Our production scope

Restoration and prosthetic groups we produce

Explore our principal production groups below. We select material, substructure and design with the clinician after reviewing the indication and clinical records.

Crown & bridge

Crown & bridge

We plan single crowns and multi-unit bridges by reviewing preparation, abutments, occlusion, restorative space and shade records together.

Our working standard

We make technical quality traceable in every detail of a restoration.

We shape the design not only around the submitted file, but also around preparation margins, restorative space, occlusal relationships and the expected aesthetic result. We keep production decisions consistent with the documented production request.

  • Design suitability for margins, contacts and occlusion
  • Surface, shade and characterisation appropriate to the restoration
  • Final technical review against the documented request

What to know before sending records

When should you consult us on a complex restoration?+

For implant-supported, full-arch or limited-space work, discussing the system, design objective and required records with us before scanning or impression-taking can simplify planning.

How do we select material and substructure?+

We discuss the selection with the clinician based on indication, preparation, restorative space, occlusion, aesthetic expectation and the clinical system used.

What do we do if we find a technical issue in the records?+

We share production-critical issues such as unreadable margins, a missing bite, an incompatible opposing arch or unclear system information with the clinic before proceeding to the relevant production stage.
