Record intake
We receive the scan or impression, opposing arch, bite, prescription and relevant clinical photographs.

Fatih, Istanbul · Dental laboratory for dentists and clinics
We provide clinics with restoration-specific production and technical communication for fixed restorations, removable prosthetics and implant-supported solutions.
Our production scope
Explore our principal production groups below. We select material, substructure and design with the clinician after reviewing the indication and clinical records.

We plan single crowns and multi-unit bridges by reviewing preparation, abutments, occlusion, restorative space and shade records together.

For suitable posterior indications, we assess indirect restorations according to cavity geometry, finish lines, occlusal contacts and available restorative space.

We evaluate veneer restorations using preparation depth, margin records, adjacent teeth, shade photographs and the requested form and characterisation.

For implant-supported full-arch restorations, we review implant-system and component information, jaw relation, restorative space, planned tooth setup and hygiene access.

We plan complete dentures with records of support areas, anatomical borders, jaw relation, vertical dimension, tooth selection and setup expectations.

We assess partial removable prosthetics in relation to edentulous areas, support tissues, abutments, retention, connector design and existing restorations.

We plan hybrid prostheses with the implant/abutment configuration, restorative distance, jaw relation, hygiene access and maintenance requirements.

We base digital design and production on complete scan data, readable margins, indication-appropriate parameters, material selection and the required finishing process.

Our working standard
We shape the design not only around the submitted file, but also around preparation margins, restorative space, occlusal relationships and the expected aesthetic result. We keep production decisions consistent with the documented production request.
From clinic to production
We receive the scan or impression, opposing arch, bite, prescription and relevant clinical photographs.
We assess the indication, material, design expectation, system information and target date together.
We apply the appropriate digital and technical production stages and contact the clinic when needed.
We compare the work with the documented request and prepare it according to the agreed delivery plan.
Submission preparation
Fixed, removable and implant-supported work requires different supporting information. Our checklist helps identify missing records before submission.
Record intake
For implant-supported, full-arch or limited-space work, discussing the system, design objective and required records with us before scanning or impression-taking can simplify planning.
We discuss the selection with the clinician based on indication, preparation, restorative space, occlusion, aesthetic expectation and the clinical system used.
We share production-critical issues such as unreadable margins, a missing bite, an incompatible opposing arch or unclear system information with the clinic before proceeding to the relevant production stage.
